Lisandra learned about disaster planning the hard way. Her own
business failure was the catalyst that pushed her into working as a
disaster planning specialist helping businesses manage risks,
prepare and prevent permanent closures.
Most businesses do not plan for unexpected disasters, the
things that wouldn't pop into mind. In this episode, Lisandra
discusses the importance of having a contingency plan in place when
things are solid i.e. "times of peace" so we're not left scrambling
with what ifs or we could haves. She specializes in working with
restaurants, but any business can benefit from this type of
planning.
