Mompreneur Valinda Cochella started as a dance movement therapist but eventually discovered yoga. From her start in Hatha yoga, she eventually fell in love with Kundalini yoga and meditation and here she explains what drew her in, why she stuck with it and her mission to bring it to the masses via her online courses.
As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression, she found a sense of well-being through Kundalini that she never felt before. Her classes online courses are prescriptive. Each Kriya (yoga routine) is specifically designed to address healing of some kind.
