Byron Morrison was 50lbs overweight and a workaholic who was unhealthy,
unhappy, and not enjoying life. He shares his story of waking up and
becoming a better person through micro-habit changes and shifting his
perspective on life and wellness. That shift resulted in a lot of
success, and a launched a new career.
In this episode Byron discusses an unhealthy syndrome, he noticed with
women who are in the 35 - 55-year-old range. He shares how he's been
able to motivate these women to break their habits and put an end to
putting themselves last.
