Former boxer and elite soccer player Mair Millar is a transformational coach. Mair tunes into what's needed and knows what to do to people gain confidence and overcome feelings of helplessness, anxiety, and depression. In this episode, she shares how she coaches her little ones and live coaches me to help with my parenting and the pitfalls of mama mindset (guilt). Mair discusses how a structured schedule is a foundation for her children. She avoids putting up her dukes and rarely fights at home with her husband or her kids though it's a bit surprising with her years of training as a boxer.
